    To use the O'Brien's forms that are available on this site you will need to have:

    • Microsoft Word
    • A user account with this service

    New users should follow the instructions in the New Users section below. Returning users should read the Returning Users instructions. Please make sure that your system meets the following system requirements.

    SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

    • Windows 98 or higher
    • Internet Browser IE 5.0 or higher
    • Microsoft Word 97 or higher


    New Users

    If you are a new user to the site, you will need to complete the registration process to create a new user account.
    1. From the O'Brien's Forms Online home page, select the "New User Registration" menu item (top right hand corner below the Subscriber Login box).

    2. You will land on an introductory help page that will give you some additional information and systems requirements to access the O'Brien's forms Online. Click the PROCEED button to begin the registration process.

    3. When prompted, enter your organization's Access Code and click the SUBMIT button. Your firm Contact Person should have supplied you with an Access Code that will allow you to start the registration process. If you have not been supplied with an Access Code, please contact Canada Law Book salessupport@canadalawbook.ca.

    4. Read the information that appears on this page and then click on the CONTINUE button to continue with your registration.

    5. On this screen you must choose an account username and password. On the next screen, please fill in all the information, following the instructions, and click the VERIFY button when you are finished.

    6. Provided the details you entered on the registration form are accepted, you will be presented with a licence agreement. Please read the Licence Agreement and click on AGREE to proceed.

    7. On the next page, click the Autologin button to login into the site using the username and password you just created. This will log you into the O'Brien's Internet Home Page.

    Returning Users

    Once you have registered as a user, you will be able to login directly using the Subscriber Login box.
    1. On the O'Brien's Forms Online home page, the Subscriber Login box is situated at the top right hand corner of the page. Enter your username and password and click LOGIN.

    2. You will be taken to the My Subscription home page.
